1. Educational Scope & Certification

Nordic Repair Academy delivers professional training and field technical cohort instruction. Certificate issuance is subject to attendance requirements, practical workshop evaluation, and compliance with lab safety protocols.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)

Pursuant to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, students enrolling in courses have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of enrollment confirmation.

Digital Content & Immediate Access Exemption: If course materials or digital training modules are accessed or downloaded prior to the expiration of the 14-day period, the student acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived upon commencement of digital delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

All syllabus documentation, course modules, repair schematics, and technical manuals remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nordic Repair Academy.
